Dear parent/carer, 

We are holding parents/carers evenings in school on the week commencing 21st October 2024 and strongly encourage as many parents and carers as possible to attend.  The sessions will be with your child’s class teacher who will be able to update you on your child’s progress so far this school year. It is also a great opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.  The sessions are approximately 8 minutes long and you can now book your time slot on the Arbor Parent Portal App. 

The times available to book are shown below:

 

Y3/Y4 pupils: Monday 21st October 1.30pm to 4.30pm, or Tuesday 22nd October        3.30pm to 6.30pm

 

Y5/Y6 pupils:Tuesday 22nd October 3.30pm to 6.30pm, or Wednesday 23rd October 1.30pm to 4.30pm 

 

To book an appointment on the Arbor Parent Portal App please follow the steps below, (please note that the appointments will become live at 12.30pm today);

 

1. Log into the Arbor Parent Portal App (choose our school and enter your password if prompted)

2. Once you are logged in, click on the heading ‘Guardian Consultations’ 

3. Then click on the ‘Meetings’ section 

4. Choose a time and day from the drop down menu to book your appointment

 

Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email confirmation. If you have any problems booking your appointment please contact the school office on 01709 710574 and ask for Mrs Turton.

 

If you feel you have something significant that needs to be discussed and are concerned about the timescale, please contact your child’s teacher directly and make alternate arrangements for another time. Please be aware that this might not always be possible at the time that suits you best as teachers can’t come out of class during the day on a normal week due to teaching commitments and any meeting will likely need to happen before or after school.
