This week has been our first assessment week in Year 4 and we're really proud of how well all the children have done and how hard they have tried. We concentrated on our assessments in the morning to allow as much curriculum time in the afternoon.

PE:
The children let off some steam with an energetic dodgeball session this week.

Science:
We conducted our experiment to decide which material was the best insulator. Ask your child how it went and what we found out.

Geography:
The children explored the differences between rivers and canals looking at how they are similar and the many ways in which they are different.

DT:
The children have completed their amazing greeting cards with moving parts. Pictures to follow!
