End of Summer 1 Half Term Updates
We've had another extremely busy week in Year 5 but the children have been fantastic as always!

Notices:

All children need their PE kits for Monday and Wednesday. 

All children need their library books on Thursday, along with reading journals.

The book fair is Thursday 6th June

First week's learning after half term:
- In Maths, we will continue our learning in decimals
- In English, we will write our own version of 'Somebody Swallowed Stanley'

- In Reading, we will continue to analyse the story 'Firework makers Daughter'.
- In Geography, we will begin our last topic of our local study.
- In PSHE, we will begin our topic of puberty.

- In DT, we will begin our topic of electrical systems.

- In RE, we will begin our topic of Islam.

- In science, we continue to learn about life cycles.
