Over the past half-term, Y4 have enjoyed researching and designing bread based products. 

Today was the day all the planning, skills work and preparation had built to as the children finally got to make and evaluate their sandwiches. Their faces during the morning were covered in smiles and these only grew as they got to taste their creations at lunchtime.

The evaluation was excellent in the afternoon with some children saying they would swap ingredients, some saying they would use more of a certain ingredient and some saying they would use less. All the children were thoughtful and suggested improvements if they were to make their own sandwiches again.
